We generally expect to do this with small groups, in workshop format, exposing participants to new ideas and techniques, applying them to case-studies and simulations and reflecting on the outcomes and the lessons learned.

 

Situations in which these workshops would prove most valuable might include:

 

· Prior to completion of a cross-border acquisition, to enable a “cultural due-diligence”

 

· In the design of global change programs

 

· At the launch of major cross-border projects

 

· In the planning phase of a major market entry

 

· When a group of senior expatriate managers meet in conference

 

· To support the recovery plan when things go wrong.

How We Add Value

 

Our aim is to help organizations to work more effectively, by improving the skills of their leaders and managers.   Our advice should enable them to:
