September

Meet us at the “Developing People Internationally” conference at the Villa Rheinburg in Konstanz (Germany) on 28th and 29th September 2007.

Run by York Associates and Delta Intercultural Academy (Konstanz University), the keynote speakers will include Robert Gibson of Siemens and Business Spotlight on “Intercultural Factors in Change-management” and Nathalie Van Meurs of the UK’s Open University Business School on “Why person-organisation fit may not be person-nation fit”.

David Paterson of PIN will be delivering a presentation on the influence of national and organisational cultures on management decision-making, based on his own 2006 research in an MNC’s operations in the Middle East.

Look out for the downloadable pdf version available in October.
